Flash Animation creator

Does anyone know of a good freeware flash animator? One that will create an animation like this one. I want to start with something small. I'll search for one but just want to know what you guys recommend.

I don't know what to recommend, but I think you might find something at http://www.snapfiles.com/Freeware/webpublish/fwflash.html

The program he's using in the movie is either Photoshop Flash ( think that's the name ) or Macromedia Flash(:  I use both , and they're awesome.

I would use macromedia flash, but it expires after thridy days but its a good program but you have to understand what your doing.
