    Dell inspiron 6400, vista, with a hp 2355 all in one printer

    I cannot get my scanner to work. It will not Scan at all the printer keeps giving me a download disk error. I cannot find the download anywere. dos anyone use the same setup?

      How did you install it?  Did you install the software first?  http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?os=228&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=422000  Here the drive if you need it.
