I have Works ver 4.5a, and I have one particular (and important!) word processor file (.wps extension) that I can't open at all for some reason. The message I get is: "Cannot access the document [filename.ext]. The document may already be open or it may be a read-only document". I can go into the properties menu, and it doesn't show it as read-only, and I have no idea how it could already be open...... I'm losing my mind - could someone please help me out?
