My computer is connected to the internet. I am able to do everything but download anything...When I try to download anything (and that includes windows updates/virus protection updates) it tells me that I am unable to download because I am not connected to the internet (even though I am)
Any ideas I would appreciate. And also if you have ideas to please explain (I am not very computer literate)
