problem with my compaq Presario Notebook

when I turn on my laptop my homepage doesn't display completely, I even try AOL.com and still does the same thing  it displays just a partial  parts of the page  can somebody tell me what is it.  by the way  my OS is Windows Vista

What do you see for the rest of the page, if only part of it displays?

What browser do you use?

my OS is windows vista home edition,I don't know if that's the way you call it since I don't know much about Windows Vista,  this started last night, the left side of the yahoo menu its all like broken in three different parts, the web search little window of the yahoo homepage is not there, and I'm using Internet Explorer  but the same thing happend when I open Firefox browser, AOL too.

Thank you guys for all the ideas that you have gave me, I have not been able to fix my problem yet, I must call HP I didn't not know  that I still have Insurance for this Laptop  Thanks any way.
