Change start up programmes

hi there dunno if any 1 can help me but i have forgotten what i have to type in run to get the programme up where you can change what loads up when windows starts

Well.... The only one I know of is in the Run dialog box.... Click Start -> Run .... Next, type msconfig   .... This SHOULD answer your question...
