Some improvements could be made to processor and such but all together what do you think.

      here are a couple suggestions...

      1. a better quality power supply. i recommend a corsair or OCZ PSU.
      2. different RAM. i recommend this RAM. it is the same speed as the G Skill RAM, but its 2gb's @ $50.00 vs. 1.5gb's @ $48.00. it also frees up one more RAM slot.

and as you stated, the processor could be better.

My thoughts exactly. I would get a pair of memory sticks as the mb does support dual channel memory.
I am not sure about that power supply either. I like SeaSonic.

          I agree with homer's suggestions.
Not sure about the CPU cooler either, it may suffice but at 60mm, that's likely to be noisy.
Why the low profile cooler anyway, with such a roomy case?

just going by price i mean that processor doesn't really need a big heatsink.

You could always buy retail and use the stock heatsink.
I just think that the low profile cooler will be quite noisy and may run hot with such a small fan.
