Reparing a game system yourself
« on: March 19, 2008, 12:09:09 PM »
I have a Wii, Nintendo's newest system and it kept on falling on the floor over and over and it broke and I sent it in for repairs and now it got fixed, how can I keep it from falling over? Should I leave it on it's side? Also, is their any online manuals I can see if I ever had a hardware problem with a game system?

I wouldn't recommend attempting to repair it yourself since that would most definitely void your warranty.
how can I keep it from falling over?
Place on a level surface somewhere no one is going to bump into it.
It is not going to fall over on its own after all.

Windows 7 RC Tester.  Working on it.  Your monitor says etchasketch on the side!

If I fall who is there to pick me up now.  I stand alone but I stand as the gaurdian for whom I wish to protect.  The sound of my blade utters my name as you fall.  For I shall not move.  For those that forsake the very people are wosres

yea thats why it seems that i stick to the old tech until the new tech has come down in price. i bought a GameCube 2 years ago and before that i had a SNES(luckly i still have it)the orginal price of a GC was about $120
but 2 years ago when i bought it, it was $99 i saved money! ;)

yea even though some of the older games(like i hve Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country on my SNES) have cruddy graphics, they are a whole lot of fun.
