Im sorry if this question is like to rediculously easy or something but can anyone tell me if I can make GTA play in a window instead of full screen.

Most games don't support this but you can try this:

Right click the shortcut to the game, click the shortcut tab at the top and where it says target, it should say something like this,
"C:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto\GTA.exe"

Change it to "C:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto\GTA.exe" -window
