    golf handicap calculator in excel

    Hi
    has anyone managed to build a programme in excel to calculate CONGU GOLF HANDICAPS this would include calculations for CSS. would be most helpfull for small clubs who cannot afford the expensive commercial packages

    Take a look at http://www.djicomputer.com/HandicapManager.htm  It's not free, but I presume the "Registration fee" is much less than the expensive commercial packages.

    I wrote one... it was based on the Canadian RCGA rules, but they are very similar to USGA rules....
