When I am pushing the power button the computer is not being start. But HDD spinning, There is power in motherboard, SMPS is doing its work. But no sound of ram. I mean to say that no beep sound when I Start it. So display, Monitor light is being blink. Some times t start and boot the windows, Many time it shows the above problem. My Mother Board Model is EP-3VCA, I have a 133 MHz FSB & 667 MHz. PIII processor. The Model is SL3XW Malay. Now tell what to do? Thanking you.
