Display Help
« on: January 26, 2005, 01:29:55 PM »
I was trying to set up my IBM laptop (windows 2000) to send output to my TV.   Now when I go into displays the LCD display I'm using is identified as a TV.   Needless to say this has not done pleasant things to my screen resolution and I'm wondering what can be done.

Have you downloaded the latest drivers for the projector, or application off of the internet? Also, have you been keeping up with your Windows Updates?

Sorry I should have taken a bit more time writting that.   By LCD display I meant the monitor that came with  my laptop.  Thank you.

You may need 3rd party drivers to do this.  I had the same issues with my laptop.  What is the model number of your IBM?  What is the graphics adapter (ATI?)?
