TFT for DVD's

Hi There,

It's my first time so be gentle with me !!

I've just been given a 15" TFT and was wondering if there's any way of using it as a viewing screen for a standard DVD player (not PC). Obviously the connections are different but don;t know much about the hardware inside.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

DVD player output requires TV tuner input.  Your TFT (flat panel display) is not a TV.

couldnt he Get  one of those Tv Input/output video CArd things?

then u would need a computer and dvd player and a monitor right?

Simple answer is no, you can't do it.
