      It depends on what do you want to learn. As you said it, I recommend you: Cisco website, Microsoft website, Linux/Unix website. In no time you will find out what do you want to do.

        true, thats entirely depends on what you are interested in learning in networking, you can get many e-books available for free on internet on Basic Networking, if you want to know more about some specialized field in networking, you will have to be little more specific about your requirement
