Internet Explorer 6.0 No Information displayed on bottom

I have lost all my information on the bottom of my explore like cookies information and progress bar and the the word done when finished loading.  I tried SFC /Scannow under command prompt but did not help do I need to reinstall windows or is there another remedy?

I'm no longer using IE 6 but try this.  Click on View (top menu of IE), and select Status Bar.  Does that do it?

That fixed my problem.
