I have 5DVX Motherboard and Win 98SE. Mouse (serial and PS/2 ) are not working.  Error Device Conflicting., resolved manually but printer port still in error state but no conflicting. Message shows no device present or bad drivers

    try to go to start >> run type "sfc /scannow" w/o quote,press enter..

    Re-install the motherboard drivers after un-installing the printer.
    This should have no affect on Win98's operation.
