my computer was really acting weird so husband did sys restore. then a couple weeks later had unrelated problem with roxio 7.5 so un and reinstalled roxio now my computer does not recognize cdrom or dvdrom. in device manager there is a yellow ! on both drives. i un and reinstalled both drives from device manager and then got there a problem occurred during install your new hardware may not work properly. oh yeah in device manager when you check to see if the device is working right it gives me this - windows could not initialize the device driver for this device (code 37)
