    What does the error say?

When I try to install the flash player I get a Error window that says.

Flash Player can not install   and I have my security set to Mediume.
And Active X Controles tuned on.

Flash is free...all the time. You should not have to pay for it.

What Active X controls are you talking about?

I have win xp pro and my Interbet Explorers sequrity level is set to Medium.

And all of the Active X Controle settings is set to Enable and are turned on.

And when I go to install Flash Player it say it is and the Bar movies across the screen and then it stops.

And a window comes up and says Flash Player could not install.

And it tells me to go to a link for things to do and settings to check and I do.

So I try what they say and nothing helps.

I remember a year ago when I tryed to put Flash in it told me to install Axtive X Controles this time it never asks me.

What is that for anyway and dear GOD I need help please give as many ideas as you can

Travel Here   and follow the instructions to completely un-install the Flash player...then re-boot and DLoad a fresh version and install it.
