Hi,
I am having an issue opening programs on my computer. I click on the programs on my computer, and it says the file does not have a program associated with it for preforming the action. Then it says Create an association in Folder Options control panel.
I'm not sure what that means, so if someone can explain to me what's wrong and what I need to do ... that would be extrememly helpful. =/ Can't get much done until I figure out how to fix it. Trying to fix it myself before I take it to a shop. So, PLEASE HELP ME!. Thank you all for your time.
