Windows xp activate?

Just built additonal pc, added xp pro from my cd, runs but keeps telling me I have "x" days to activate it or it will stop running.  Key numbers don't work to activate, what is this about and how do I do it?  Any help will really be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

is this your winxp disk?another chink in winxp armour.....if you change /motherboard/hardware you have only have a few choices??with this system.........you may have phone mr gates ..[ microsoft.com]

Yah, its my cd but who knows what I did with the packaging, thats 2 years ago!  Moved the disk to a multi-storage folder.

Shame on me for getting a new computer.

All you have to do is ring your nearest Mirosoft point and tell them your store and they should issue with another actvation code
