Hey guys,
I have a small problem when I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outloook 2003. Once I finished upgrading, I tried to send an email from my contact, however I saw that A person's name was repeated multiple times for each valid email that they had. for example if John smith had
[email protected] and
[email protected], I see 2 John Smith enteries instead of 1 like i used to see in outlook 2000. What is the setting that I have to use to make Outlook 2003 put any email assoiciated with 1 name to stay in 1 entery and not multiple enteries? Here is a picture to demonstrate the problem:
