Well, if that's the price... Except how is 99 cents "school money"? thats what the seller says! Or am I just unfamiliar with how eBay works? Of course somebody else might bid on it though... If so don't go over around 100 to 150 dollars, probably less.

My opinion...

I'm very cautious about purchasing anything like this on eBay. You never know what you're really getting.

Keep in mind that eBay's buyer protection does not cover whether or not the item functions when it arrives to you or the condition of the item. It only covers you for when you don't receive the item.
