Unknown programme

O/S Win XP Mcafee Security suite 2005 v7.0 keeps warning me that jdatr.exe is trying to access the internet.  I don't know what this programme is.  Can anyone help?

Also e-mail (Outlook Express) links to internet sites aren't working ???

Well... I don't know what program "jdatr.exe" is, but if you do not know what it is, then you really should NOT trust it to use the internet... You might want to download Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta to see if it is Spware... Now, about Outlook Express...
