Quick Question regarding Recovery Software...

I own a Dell XPS 400.  I serached the dell website but could not find out if i can get recovery software for it from dell.  Is there a way I can order it or something of that sort?

Just so I dont have to make a new topic, I recall on my gf's comp removing anything that had to do with verizon.  Im wondering If I can remove them from my computer as well..... they are as follows:
Verizon Online DSL
Verizon Servicepoint 1.3.21

I do, but I thought those programs were just to set up DSL..... the Modem is connected to another computer, it was just such a POS that I had to download it on here.....

If you are staying with Verizon and want to set up your connection via PPPOE which is what they use for DSL there's a way to do it...
If you are changing providers we'll need to know the details.
