      Yes, you need to download, and install. Browser doesn't matter.

                i have another question bout this. I put the file i converted on my flash drive and went to play it on my other computer.  i opened it, and it is only audio, their is no video.  Why did this happen? Any ideas to make so i can see both the audio and the video?
