Hi.. novice here...Youtube has a feature that you can use to save a video to their favorites file...has always worked fine before...now when I try and save a video - get the message: internet explorer you must confirm your email address......I don't have a clue on how to fix this problem. Don't want to do a restore because something always ends up missing. Anybody have any clues about how to correct this? By the way literally called youtube and they said google doesn't offer any support (huh?). Thanks for any help offered...Michelle
