pleasw somebody help me!!!!!

I have laptop compag windows vista home basic/ I try to make a movie. after I downlaod the soft ware came with camcorder. when i downlaod finished . I dont see any thing on the screen.

when I turn off and turn back on . all it read push esc   and f10 still dont do nothing all it has cursor on the top left . what should I do with it.. some said load from hard drive .and laod from  cd , still nothing .. also dont even have cd to come with that. should I go buy it .or tell me what cd should I buy. (name)

Are you saying that your computer won't boot after you installed the software that came with your camcorder?

Try booting to safe mode by re-booting the machine and tapping F8 rapidly before you see the Windows start screen...
Once in safe mode from Control panel/Add Remove Programs  and get rid of the cam software and re-boot.
We'll need alot more info on the machine and the cam to make any further recommendations...

Beofre you installed the software disd you make sure that the software was vista capable?

the name of the software you are using would also help us out with your problem further
