    no sound from speakers

    i am not getting any sound from my speakers (not even the error sounds from windows)... .. i have done all the preliminary check, power cable is working and it is not mute.. my drivers are realtek ac97 audio and operating system is winxp.. please help

    Try re-installing the Realtek drivers from the MBoard manuf. website...

    Is this a newly bought speakers? Have you tried testing this with other devices? Just to rule out that the speakers are not defective.. :)

      no speakers are not new.. in fact they were working fine
