Physical Memory Dump

when i leave my computer idle for a little while the screen goes blue and i get some error messages and it says "beginning dump of physical memory" "completed dump of physical mempry" ive ran my multiple virus and spy/ad-ware programs and get nothing, any ideas

Possible bad sector on hard drive. What OS are you running? more info please

sure no problem the OS  is Windows XP Home 5.1 service pack 2 with a intel celeron processor with 256MB of ram

have you tried any mem defrag tools, or package tools with mem degrags include....ect...this could be a source. I highly suggest 512MBs another 256 MB chip for your comp.
