3. File is a virus, worm, or other malware file.
4. Hardware incompatibility.
(4) could mean that disk won't read in your DVD-ROM drive, but it will in another computer. Maybe the disk got dirty or scratched since it was used before, or your DVD rom drive is crapping out.
