WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
« on: May 24, 2008, 02:46:26 PM »
I am having trouble getting my Dell computer set up on our home wireless network.  It's an Inspiron B130 model.  It shows that it's recognizing the signal from the router, excellent strength, looks like it's completely connected but whenever I try to access  the internet, it shows no connection found.  I've tried connecting from the internal mini-card as well as a USB adapter that I purchased.  I'm sure it's something simple that I'm just not doing....could you give me some ideas or directions where I can start troubleshooting, please?  Thanks!

Do you have an encrypted wireless network?  If so, you'll have to enter the encryption key.
