Would you mind clicking System in Control Panel, and telling us how much RAM is on your system?  It'll list under the General tab, which is the first tab under the System Properties window that comes up.

Seems like you have been on these boards for a bit..... did you follow the normal steps set up on the main forums (running malware bytes, superantispyware, etc.)?

      Ivy...
Unfortunately, we're back with Comodo/Trend, double firewall problem. This has to be resolved once, and for all. One has to go.
You also have some "hosts" file issue, so you have to run HostsXpert: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=138700
When those two issues are resolved, post new HJT log.

thank you, Broni -- I saw that, too -- and I wasn't sure it was another firewall...

I knew my the firewall thing is still a problem, I'll get trend removed today ,and I'll download avg.
I'll be back later and I'll finish this then.

      Thanks a lot.

Make sure, you'll get AVG 7.5, not 8.0!
