    « on: May 28, 2008, 11:54:38 PM »
When I click on Internet Explorer to access the internet the following message appears:  "ieuser.exe has stopped working".  What do I do to fix this?

    OS Name:  Vista Home Premium
    Version:  6.0.6001
System Model:  HP Pavillion dv6700 Notebook PC
    Processor:   AMD Turion 64 x 2 Mobile Technology TL-60,  2000 Mhz,  2 core
    RAM: 2 GB

Did you make any recent changes or add-ons to the Internet Explorer browser...such as a toolbar?

If so, you may have come across an incompatibility problem that is preventing Internet Explorer from opening.

I'll have to check when my daughter gets home. She if she installed anything.

        Okay then...

        Try this:

Go into your Control Panel...select Internet Options.

Select the Advanced tab and then press the RESET button at the lower right of the window.

Let us know if this works...
