At what point of booting the error comes up?
Are you eventually able to get to Windows?

        Hello guys;

To explain better, the computer black out at random times, i can be watching a movie, surfing on the internet or just leaving it on overnight.  I know that the computer still on because the tower still on.

Answering Broni; Windows boots normal after i restart it, no blue screen with any error. After everything loads, a window pop up comes saying : " The system has recovered from a serious error. A log of the error has been created. please tell microsoft about this problem".

I don't know if this can help, but this is the info is attached to pop.

        This is the error signature:

        BCCode: 1000008e   BCP1: C0000005 BCP2: BF9F107A BCP3: EF9779D8
        BCP4: 0000000 OSVer 5_1_2600 SP: 2_0 Product: 768_1

        Error report contents:

        C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WERaf10.dir00\Mini053108-01.dmp

        C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WERaf10.dir00\sysdata.xml

When i press the bottom to send the report, another window pop up comes saying. "http://watson.microsoft.com/dw/dcp.asp?CLCID=10338&EXENAME=generic&BRAND=WINDOWS" Windows cannot find... (Same as above http://watson...ect.)     Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again.

        This info can help

I strongly suspect, you have video card driver problem.

          Download, and install Everest: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html
Open it, click Computer, then Summary.
In upper menu, go Report>Quick Report-Summary
Save it in text file, and paste it in your next post.
Don't include anything under line Debug - PCI

            Very well.
Download your driver from here: http://www.yournewdriver.com/VIA_S3G_UniChrome_Pro_IGP_9856.htm
            Do nothing else, yet.

            Go Start>Run, type in:
            devmgmt.msc
            Click OK.

In Device Manager, under Display Adapters, you should have VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP
I want you to confirm, it's there.
            Let me know.

Right click on VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP, click Properties, then Driver tab.
              Click Uninstall button. OK everything.

              Exit Device Manager.
Go to freshly downloaded file, unzip it, and double click on Setup.exe file.
              That should install new driver.
When done, restart computer, and report on progress.

Try to run driver installation one more time.
If that doesn't work, download driver one more time.

I restart the computer, try the setup one more time but same results. Download it again and same result!!!!

By the way, i did follow your instruction and use it for a laptop that had audio problems, and it work for the laptop... so i guess may be is something wrong with the download drivers

                    Let's try different download.
                    Go here: http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=788640
When you click on download link, on next page select Download this file by viewing a series of ads (no registration required)
You'll have to click through several ads to get it.

After that, repeat whole process - uninstall current driver, and install new one.

I'm sorry but i didn't copy all the message. And yes i unistall the old driver before but didn't restart the computer. I try to install the new driver.

Anyways, after i restart the computer, there's a new icon on the left bottom tray. it belongs to S3Tray plus. And the problem cause by device driver shows again.

                              There is some infection there.
What happened between evilfantasy checking your logs, and now?
Did you run Superantispyware, and Malwarebytes?
If so, I'd like to see those logs.
