Need help

Hello,  I am new to the forum, but not that new to computers.  I need some help removing programs that start running when I start my computer.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

DLoad and install StartupCPL by Mike Lin.
It will place a Startup icon in Control Panel.
From there you can turn on/off anything....

NOTE: Do not turn off things you are unsure of....check here first.
