    Help with Window Movie Maker
    « on: June 03, 2008, 06:17:10 PM »
I went to try to burn a movie to DVD using Movie Maker. I tried it three days nothing, but an error popes up and said error. The files import fine into Window Movie maker. I never had this problem before. I'm using DVD-R I've used this type before and it worked. My computer info is in the signature box. All i know about the Drive is that is has lightscribe and its writes DVDs and Cd's. Any ideas why its not burning?

have you tried burning your movie with another program such as nero?

is it just this movie? do others burn ok?

have you ever been able to burn this movie or others with your current dvd drive?

Its just this movie. I don't know this is the problem. I was working on another computer with window movie maker. On that computer you could only save it as a
Cd. So i did. Then i went to import the movie into movie maker on my computer. I tried to directly burn it but it wouldn't work. Could this be the problem? No i haven't tried any other software for burning movies.

Sounds like they're getting pretty good at their copy protection schemes to me...
