im using xp home running explore 7 with a free hotmail account. Last week i stopped being able to go to craigs list and other websites error 12037. I did all the fixes for beginner(old man here be nice and simple please)check clock and so on to restore to earlier time. I used other browser still no access. some said bug i ran all kinds of fixes it finally works (craigslist) from my icon on the desk(only) but,when run hotmail with craigs on tab browse craigslist slows down and then the page scrambles. CL runs fine with other tab browsed sites. Im on it now while i type this question. ive tried it several times hotmail does something to it. can i remove and re install hotmail without loosing my mail ? why can i only get to CL from my desk top? im confused please help.
