access of network drive of other user

how i can access the network drive of other user through change in registry of computer by knowing only the username. moreover remember that i am also a user but not the administrator.

LOL   Carbon, that's an excellent question  ....yeah I want access other people's computer too but I'm not an Administrator on their PC
