QUICKLY NEED HELP PLEASE!!!! URGENT!!!

OK here's the deal, my laptop has something wrong with it either a spyware or a virus (don't know it acts like both), Well 1st of all the background has turned red and it says "your privacy is in danger. Download privacy protection now!" and when you click on the background it automatically go to a site, and for some strange reason the computer has installed a program called antivirus 2008 pro. Also the control panel and my computer, etc are gone  PLEASE HELP ME ASAP

You mean you didn't know?  They're ALL urgent!

I wish I knew more about HijackThis...I'd be able to help out a little more when it comes to Malware.

Since I don't have the expertise you have...I have to ask them to wait...or refer them to the sticky in the Malware forum.
