OK I'm now in safe mode,...        with networking    it wont let me on the internet...     it looks like I'm no longer the administrator   but my password works for guest?

Is there a way I could down load these programs onto the computer I'm using now then transfer them by SD ?..

Let's try to do it different way.
Download all programs on good computer, burn it to CD, and copy them to USB stick/memory card, and run them on bad computer.
