My internet connection has been going from bad to worse all day. When it stopped altogether I looked at my network connections and found it was empty. Starting in safe mode was no help. I was unable to restore my registry because help was turned off , and when I went to run it on I discovered all my services had been set to disabled. I though there was a button to turn them all on but even that was gone. I ended up running PC angel to restore everything.
