Is there Free firewall anywhere

BTW....Vista firewall fails most leak tests (outgoing traffic).

Windows firewall isn't bi-directional. It only blocks incoming traffic so if something is compromised there is nothing in place to stop outgoing information being sent to whoever. Microsoft confirms this here Why would I consider a third party firewall?
