Links don't load in IE 6.0

Whenever I click a link from my e-mail or anyother page the window pops up but stays blank. Doesn't say "opeing page..." at bottom. Please Help.

Have you been keeping up with your Windows Updates? Also, are you using Outlook Express to view these E-Mails, or a Web-Based E-Mail page?
