Return of the deleted files
« on: February 16, 2005, 08:27:13 AM »
I use a networked W2K PC. When I delete files, they go. When I reboot, they have returned. Why is this, and how do I prevent it?

Do you have antivirus protection? Are the files in use by the other computer(s) on your network?

What are the files you are deleting ?

If they are system files such as "temp" that are needed they will set themselves up every time you re-boot
