     try to reset my BIOS password by removing the battery, after that when i try to start my computer I was greeted with a black screen, no BIOS Beep, spinning fans, no video output whatsoever, and no evidence of windows booting up

    You tried to reset BIOS because?
    Are you sure, you put battery back in a right way?
    Make sure, you didn't un-seat RAM.
    What Windows version?

    last I heard, removing the battery doesn't reset the password. It only clears the cmos. There should be a jumper on the motherboard that will clear the password.
    What motherboard is it? or what is the computer maker and model? We'll need more to go off of.

    Would one not think that if you cannot post that it is a hardware issue? Or a connection .
