help on processes

hi my fps on games have been running slow lately. im curious if its because of my proceses. can u guys check this log and help me out on what to fix ?

how do u post the whole log on the thread? it says i can only post 2000 chracters. also to add to the log i had alg.exe and ati2evxx.exe ended before i scanned but its still there

- O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-19\..\Run: [CTFMON.EXE] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe (User 'LOCAL SERVICE')
- O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-18\..\Run: [CTFMON.EXE] C:\WINDOWS\system32\CTFMON.EXE (User 'SYSTEM')
- O4 - HKUS\.DEFAULT\..\Run: [CTFMON.EXE] C:\WINDOWS\system32\CTFMON.EXE (User 'Default user')
- ALL O18 entries
Click "Fix checked" button.

*** You need to update Java:
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 6
Uninstall all previous versions of Java through Add\Remove.

Restart computer.

*** Download, and install CCleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds. Get "Slim" version.
Read CCleaner instruction here: http://www.jahewi.nl/ccleaner/ccleaner.html, and run CCleaner

*** Post computer specs: processor speed, amount of RAM, hard drive size/free space, video card info.
