    Help Please
    « on: June 25, 2008, 08:16:44 PM »
Hi, as a typical bloke i had a look at some porn yesterday. Afterwards my computer started going a bit dodgy i didnt pay much attention and turned it off.

Today i cant access anything on my comp, cant look at my c drive or my d drive floppy webcam or anything. Cant get to program files cant do anything really besides double click whats on my desktop. If i click My Comp nothing is there no c drive or anything at all.

All i get when i start my comp up is you are infected look at this site for anti virus this site for spyware. My desktop Background changes to a screen with a box saying You are infected.

Ive tried to do a system restore going through command prompt safe mode but i cant do that either.

I cant even access ctrl alt and delete it says admin has denied access. Even though i am admin on the comp.

Ive tried using zonealarm and avg to try sort the problem but they dont seem to solve the problem. All i can think of is a reformat unless anyone has any ideas at all.

Im running operating system XP Black Edition.

    Thanks Ant

I'm sorry, but you're most likely facing reformat, and Windows reinstall.

Sorry I deleted my post. What I was thinking wouldn't work anyway.

Have you tried booting with the CD and doing a repair install?
