I have tried every internet site imaginable for an answer to this question......read
it carefully: How do I size a portrait image to an exact measurement. As in a
measurement like top of the head to bottom of the chin measuring exactly 1 1/4 inches.
I do yearbook pictures and the various schools require various headsizes. There are
all kinds of sites telling me how to resize the image for email, resize the outside dimension of the print, but none tell the answer to my questions. Please help! Thanks.
