I am useing Free DVD Ripper 2.25 and need some help?

When it rips DVDs to what ever format you tell it to  how will it rip the Frame Rate 29.97 Frames per sec or 25 Frames per sec or what?

I am using Free DVD Ripper 2.25 and what I do is take clips from my DVDs that I got and make them into a short video with FX  and transitions and things like that.

And it has a lot of Presets to use and then you can custumize them your self.

Does anyone know about this program or even ware I can find User Guides for it?
