zlib file in Malwarebytes shown as 'insecure' via Secunia PSI?

 My Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is paid version therefore automatically up to date. I tried installing the latest version of Zlib Data Compression Library (version 1.2.3) but Secunia still list it as insecure.
 The zlib.dll file in 'C/Program Files/Malwarebytes' is still version 1.1.3.1
How do I get this updated?

I just got through doing that in a thread on the same subject. I'm not real confident about the response already given but then I'm not real knowledgeable about computers.
